Booking Your Hunt Details
If booking a hunt more than a year in advance a deposit of $1000 is required. A deposit of 50% is required within 90 days of hunt start date, with balance payable on arrival. A hunt contract will be executed prior to hunt along with a waiver form.
All hunts are based on availability.
All Prices are in U.S. Dollars
Prices do NOT include 5% GST, license fees and $250 meat processing fee
We accept cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Open Range will make every effort to find a replacement hunter. We may be able to transfer deposit to a future hunt if arrangements can be made. In the unlikely event that Open Range Outfitting must cancel a hunt all deposits will be refunded in full.
Hunters arriving by air are recommended to fly into Calgary International Airport (YYC) or into Great Falls, Montana then rent a car and make your way to Foremost, AB or Milk River, AB.

Wound Policy
As ethical hunters it is our responsibility to use our weapon of choice safely and proficiently. If you draw blood every effort will be made by the guide and client to recover the animal. If the animal is not recovered the hunt for that species is deemed over. The best way to insure that you wont have to deal with these issues is to practice and be as comfortable with your weapon as you can be.
